WebSince we (research institution with about 30k mailboxes) have migrated our mail-gateway to Microsoft Cloud using Exchange Online Protection (EOP) and Microsoft Defender for Office 365 (MDO) we are experiencing a very high rate of false positives in regards to junk mails (in comparison to our former solution). It lacks a logical opposite. The term "false negative" only exists in one school of statistical thinking and it isn't an opposite. It is a different phenomenon.
