WebNope. Just enter console mode and type tcl. Sometimes, if you honk up a command prior, tcl won't work. The only fix for this is to quit to desktop and restart. Save first, then load that save and do the tcl command. You don't need any other syntax to make it work. edit: You might need to be in god mode, not sure.
