For the conversion itself you don't really have to do anything, just unpack and be done, mod is just plugin (s) and scripts, you can take the extra step of converting to form 44, if so just save the translated plugin.

I did the conversion myself so don't use it in my LO. From what I see at the link, you simply install the German FLP then install the translation file after it.

I think the setting should be called EnableDepthOfField and it should be under the effect tab (which is the first tab in the enbseries.ini window).
