So keeping the stock intake, and cam. What happens then? They say the GT40 heads are worth around 40 hp. But to get that, do you have to change the cam and intake too?

It is upgraded with manley race flo valves If the stock 1.84- 1.54 valves are left in the heads, even with a good port job, they won't even come close to an afr 165. The afr's are not a normal "out of the box" head.
