In case it’s serious: Hanzo destroys the turret with 2 arrows. If you use storm arrows you destroy it in 0.96 seconds if you hit with 4 arrows. Also, Hanzo and Widow can attack the turret from beyond it’s maximum range if the map allows it. Just don’t try to destroy it as Moira, ever.
