People with both a mental (psychiatric) and a medical condition falls into the first category, and their symptoms and management are complicated by each other. WebIt uses three evidence-based supported psychotherapies: interpersonal and social rhythm therapy (also called IPSRT), mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, and behavioral activation.
