Searching the web, I found a script on TomsITpro on "How To Sync Folders With PowerShell". This script copies the files both ways between two folders. WebJun 24, 2010 · Robocopy does work quite well, except for changes to permissions. If the only change is to permissions, that would not be picked up as a change and re-copied.
