It will no longer be necessary to complete the health control form to travel to Spain nor to show the SpTH QR code at the airport of arrival. WebIf you click on the link in the e-mail that they sent you for your security code, that lets you go into the form again and edit anything you need to , its better to click on that link as you only need your passport number and the code they sent you, just did it for my whole family, but you cant complete the last part of the form until 48hrs before you ARRIVE, not 48hrs …

Web22 Apr 2024 · Just completed the SpTH form. My flight arrives at 9:00 AM on Wed. So it was within 48 hour window. My advice is to use your computer/desktop and not your phone/app. When I tried on the app the arrival date kept changing even though I verified through the end. This was quite frustrating. When I got my QR code it had the wrong arrival date. Web9 Sep 2024 · FWIW, I have filled in the SpTH QR form a few times, and in my experience you receive the QR code immediately, as soon as you have completed the form (which you can do only within the last 48 hours before your flight) and you have pressed the final confirmation button.
